Premises Manager


We require an experienced and committed Premises Manager to provide an excellent premises and facilities management service.

You will need to be prepared to travel to various school sites, oversee the security and maintenance of a number of schools and facilities, ensuring buildings are cleaned and well kept, caretaking and cleaning teams are well managed and that health and safety laws are adhered to. 

You will be required to establish and maintain electronic systems for health and safety records, contractor compliance and budgetary control.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading a team; managing contractors, budgets and be organised with a positive hands on approach.
